All designs and stationery are copyright of Le Papier D’Amour. All rights are reserved.

Any unauthorised reproduction of Le Papier D’Amour designs or products is strictly prohibited. We take any unauthorised copying or printing of our design work very seriously. Legal action will be taken in all such cases. Any designs created for you using our bespoke service will remain copyright of Le Papier D’Amour.

In most cases, stationery purchased from Le Papier D’Amour incorporates our company branding logo and will be as discrete as possible. This is for copyright and branding reasons.

Physical samples are made available at your request only to help you decide which collection design would be best suited to your requirements. Our samples are an indication of print and material quality only. Unless requested, samples will be digital.

Colours shown in the images displayed on this website and electronic email proofs may vary slightly from the colours of the final printed product. This is because colours displayed on screen resolution and in print will be slightly different. However, we try to show all stationery products and colours as accurately as possible. We do advise customers to order samples wherever possible before ordering stationery (Charges apply after 1st sample). This ensures that you are 100% happy with the design and colours before you buy.

Additional costs are charged per sample. Please contact us for further details.

All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you (the buyer), to purchase goods pursuant to these terms and conditions.

Once you (the buyer) have contacted us, you will be contacted back within 36 hours by telephone or email so that we (the seller) can confirm/collect any further required information required for each item of your request.

All items are available for purchase via our online store. If you require a quotation, please email us.

If you prefer to pay a deposit to secure your items, then at the time of ordering a 30% deposit of your total purchase price and should be paid within 7 days of invoice. An additional invoice will be sent 4 weeks before your stationery order is due, for the remainder of the balance. After you (the buyer) have placed an order, paid your 30% deposit or made full payment and you have supplied us with the required information to feature on your stationery items, you will receive electronic stationery drafts by email within 5 working days.

All text that you (the buyer) would like to feature on your items of stationery must be supplied to us (the seller) in Word, Excel or Email format (this includes guest names). If you are using the personalisation service, we (the seller) will provide you with an excel document to complete the required information. We (the seller) are unable to produce your order if you (the buyer) do not supply us with this information, as and when we request it.

If you (the buyer) fail to supply us (the seller) with the required information to produce your order, Le Papier D’Amour cannot be held liable for being unable to complete your order.

It is your responsibility to check that your order details are correct before final payment and your stationery item(s) go to print. Once payment has been received and production has begun, refunds cannot be given, except in the unlikely event of an error on our (Le Papier D’Amour) part (see Return of goods).

The checking of proofs is the responsibility of the buyer. We require written confirmation either by signed physical sample return or e-mail stating that the proof(s) are correct and/or that the requested amendments have been made. We will not begin printing your order until you have confirmed that you are happy to proceed to final print. All confirmations will be dated and filed.

The cost of any order placed by the buyer allows for one set of text amendments. Any additional changes after this are charged at $10.00 per amendment.

Please note, there may be a slight difference in colour between your stationery items especially when printing at different times and using different machines/processes.  Any variations in colour that may occur will not result in a refund, reprint or return.

As the service we (the seller) provide is so completely personalised there is no minimum order per stationery type.

No order, submitted by you (the buyer), is deemed as accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of your order via e-mail or post.

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation.

Our bespoke service involves an initial face to face or telephone consultation, during which we will gather as much information about you and your wedding as possible to enable us to design the perfect range of stationery for you. If you (The Buyer) are using the Le Papier D’Amour Bespoke Service to custom a unique design of stationery, then a non-refundable $50 Bespoke service fee applies before any samples can be commissioned and sent to you.

The $50 Bespoke Service fee entitles you (The Buyer) to:

  • Up to 1-hour, in home (within 25 km of Ormeau Gold Coast) or a pre-arranged phone or Skype consultation. This allows for me to learn more about you as a couple and your wedding when creating your own personal design.
  • 1 digital sample design, based on the information provided by you, i.e. Theme, colours, size, shape etc.
  • Up to 4 revisions of text on your chosen design (As supplied by you)
  • Up to 4 simple design changes on your chosen design i.e. Card type and textures, minor structural changes etc.

All face-to-face consultations take place either in the client’s home or on mutually convenient ground and are at the discretion of Le Papier D’Amour.

Le Papier D’Amour (the seller) owns the rights to any bespoke design commissioned by the client (the buyer) and has the right to reproduce and add it to our standard range at any time. Le Papier D’Amour also reserves the right to use photographic images of your bespoke stationery design on the website, Facebook, Twitter, blog and in any form of advertising and marketing material including magazine features. This may include names and wedding details.

If you supply us with your own items e.g. photographs, to aid us in the design of your stationery Le Papier D’Amour will strive to ensure that your photographs are returned to you in exactly the same condition as we received them. However, electronic format would be preferable, as Le Papier D’Amour cannot be held liable should any loss or damage occur. Any photographs supplied by you (the buyer) to Le Papier D’Amour (the seller) for reproduction and sale will be accepted as full permission to do so. Therefore, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any illegal reproduction undertaken due to incorrect licensing or breach of copyright laws.

Proofs are available to all clients and are a means of enabling you to check your chosen product design, wording and layout prior to the final prints. You, as our customer, are totally responsible for checking your personalised proof(s), which will be sent electronically, ensuring that the details and content are exactly as you want them to appear.

Once we have received a minimum payment of at least 50% deposit we are able to begin the personalisation process and can produce personalised email proofs for your approval.  The remaining balance (of 50%) will be invoiced 4 weeks prior to an agreed date that you require the items. We are unable to start the production process or despatch any part of your stationery order for delivery until full payment is received and your proofs have been approved by you (The buyer).

Notice of any amendments to your design, colours, wording or layout is required from you in writing and then the proof itself will be altered accordingly.

The quotes that we provide are based on one set of client text amendments on receipt of your email proof(s). Any additional amendments or proofs after the first set of amendments will incur a charge. The charge is £10.00 per amendment. For this reason, Le Papier D’Amour strongly advises that clients thoroughly read and check the proofs in the initial receipt of the proofs, as this is a crucial part of the Le Papier D’Amour process.

Le Papier D’Amour will endeavour to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy in our proofs based using the information supplied by you (the buyer); however the responsibility of the all text, colours, guest names and appearance of final products will lie with you (the buyer) once you have approved the final email proof(s).

Once you have approved your email proof(s) and the product(s) have been printed any further changes will be charged at the full retail cost of the product(s) in question.

All text and details will appear in English unless you (the buyer) state otherwise in writing. You must supply any translations as and when required by Le Papier D’Amour.

As a client of Le Papier D’Amour you are responsible for gaining permission to use any photographs, hymns, poems or songs that you would like to feature on any of your stationery items. Any photographs, hymns, poems or songs, etc., supplied by you (the buyer) to Le Papier D’Amour (the seller), for reproduction and sale, will be accepted as full permission to do so. Therefore, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any illegal reproduction undertaken due to incorrect licensing or breach of copyright laws.
